False Prophets

The following link will download an mp3 of what I think is the best sermon I have ever heard concerning the subject of false prophets. This is what GOD our Father says on the subject. Pastor Richard Caldwell Jr of Founders Baptist Church in Houston Texas faithfully exegetes 2 Peter 2:1-19 to shine God's glorious light on what is surely Satan's opus manifesting in the visible Church in our day. From Creflo Dollar to Phil Pringle to Perry Noble to Brian Houston and every deluded wannabe in between, the Scripture illuminates the truth behind the smoke and mirrors, and all for the glory of God and the sake of His elect.

Please, set aside a dedicated hour to listen to this breathtakingly sobering sermon.

For the Glory of Christ's Name.

In His Everlasting Embrace

How Far The Modern Church Has Fallen

Do you remember David Wilkerson's Sword and the Switchblade? It was the story of a street thug's conversion to Christ. That former thug was Nicki Cruz, and here is what he has to say about the modern Church....

"We stink more of the World than we stink of of Sack Cloth and Ashes. A lot of Contemporary Churches today would feel more at Home in a Movie House rather than in a House of Prayer, more afraid of Holy Living than of Sinning, know More about Money than Magnifying Christ in our Bodies. It is so Compromised that Holiness and Living a Sin-Free life is Heresy to the Modern Church. The Modern Church is, quite simply, just the World with a Christian T-shirt on!"

Hmmm...
